Information about REACH
On the 1st June, 2007, came into force a new regulation of the European Union , EC regulation No in 1907/2007 of the European Parliament and the council from the 18th December, 2006 regarding to the registration, appraisal, authorization and restriction by chemicals (REACH) as well as the foundation of the European chemical agency, substituting the directive 1999 / 45 /WE and overruling the council regulation (European Economic Community) No 793/93 and committee regulation (EC) No 1488/94 as well as council directive 76 / 769 / EEC and directive 91 / 155 / EEC, 93 / 67 / EEC, 93 / 105 / WE and in 2000 / 21 / WE.
