Blocks

• short blocs – cut from the long blocs, sections at Customer`s demand (standard 2000 x 1200)
• cut out blocs – whole blocs of PU (T and S) foam cut horizontally with the thickness at Customer`s demand. The offer also includes the cut version of bloc T without side leathers.

Plates:

• not format sheets – the product having the surface more than 0,5 m2 formed by cutting short blocs horizontally without cutting away side leathers. Thickness to be agreed with the customer.
• format sheets – PU foam plates cut out of a short bloc horizontally and cut additionally in a vertical plane having the surface of more than 0,5 m2.

Shaped elements:

• upholstery profiles – polyurethane foam plates cut horizontally and vertically with the surface from 0,06 to 0,5 m2.
• simple profiles – polyurethane foam plates cut horizontally and vertically with the surface not less than 0,06 m2.
• extruded profiles – the product formed by transforming plates on the hydraulic press by means of a templet made of a wooden plate with the cutting scissors placed in it
• contour profiles – the products from PU foam cut out on the contour machines computer controlled and cut additionally on vertical machines.

Furniture sets:

• Sets of plates and foam profiles which are necessary in the production of upholstery furniture. In the firm there is a department of gluing where you can make glued profiles and assemble furniture seats.
